For the money, this was a VERY good value. I ordered the two chest set. They seem well-made for accent furniture and should hold up well to normal use. The manufacturer lined the inside with blue cloth -it's glued on, but at least it's not bare wood, and the chests look nice when opened. The faux leather was applied carefully - it's nice and straight, and there are no raw corners. The brass tacks and clasp are attractive accents. The chests LOOK much more expensive than the actual cost. These chests are multifunctional - we use both for storage, but the larger one serves as a coffee table and the smaller one as a side table. Great design and manufacture!
