The image of this rug does not do it justice; it is even better looking when on the floor in your home! The rug is somewhat darker (read richer) in tone than it appears online. It also has some subtle tones of brownish rust throughout that can not be seen in the image online. (We'll try to post some photos that perhaps show it better.) It appears to be a quality wool and is well made.

The rug did have a slight odor when we orginally openned it but it disipated after airing it outside and spraying it with a bit of Fabreeze.
