The size and weight of this quilt are substantial. It covers our Cal King bed well. We keep our thermostat low, so we have a down blanket under the quilt to keep us warm on snowy nights. The blue background is a true denim blue. The wedding ring colors are plentiful with reds, dark blues, beige and green tones. The quilt is well made and I have not had any threads unraveling or problems with the craftmanship.
My only complaint is that this quilt arrived very wrinkled. It is 100% cotton and it gets wrinkled, when it is washed and dried. I refuse to iron a quilt, so I touch it up with a steamer, which helps some.
