I was looking for an accent chair to use with a neutral color scheme for home staging. I considered the slipper chairs that are in trend currently, but the colors and patterns were too bold. I found this chair on-line with several vendors and shopped for the best pricing. I love the color combination which is gray, beiges, browns and muted black. I do NOT like the size of the chair, the stability or the comfort of it. Assembly was difficult and took two of us even though my husband has assembled many furniture pieces successfully over the years. Precise positioning and steady force to overcome pre-drilled holes eventually won out. This is not a comfortable chair for sitting. It is very firm with what feels like a very thin piece of padding. I would question the stability of the chair for a heavy person. If I had bought this assembled from a store nearby, I would have returned it as it is just too large for the purpose intended, but the thought of disassembling and re-shipping to the manufacturer deterred me from doing so.
