The quiet, non-ticking, mechanism is recessed in the back so it hangs closer to the wall and carries a 3 year warranty (If you are having problems with your mechanism, you don't have to send the entire clock back.  We replace the mechanism not the entire clock).� Hands vary depending on size choice and availability.

I just received it. Colors were true to the picture and it is gorgeous. You get a sense of 3D depth when you look it it on the wall and that's what I was hoping for and what you should get the way it's made... see more below.

I put a battery in it and didn't hear a sound! Surely is was DOA! Nope! I couldn't hear a thing and it's working fine so far.

They use a high end color printer process to make the face of these clocks "Giclee Printed Face".
