Pendleton Over-All Matelasse Sage Queen Coverlet Review

Last year, I ordered a Williamsburg Matelasse coverlet. It was so soft and an ample size - has not shrunk much through many washings. One reason I love matelasse is that my beloved dalmatian sleeps with me and I need to be able to wash it often. Unfortunately, she caught her toenail in the coverlet and tore a large hole in the top part.

So, I planned to buy another just like it, but could not find it again in my color. I did however find the Pendleton. I think it may prove more puppy-proof than the Williamsburg. The weave seems tighter. I love the color and the pattern. I have not yet washed it, but it is currently an ample size. So even with a little shrinkage, it should fit nicely.

I have purchased Pendleton clothing before, but not bedding.

So far, I am very pleased.
