I thought this was a solid color seat and purchased it to match others I had bought (that were discontinued from a local store). It is a multi-colored thread pattern. .Also has a smooth finish over metal instead of powder coated like my existing stools. Major parts are preassembled so it was much easier to assemble that other similar stools.

I have yet to invite someone over who does not remark on this chess set. It is beautiful, both the board and the pieces. Be careful though! Even with the board flat on the carpet, the pieces are a good 4" off the ground so if you knock one off the dragons may chip. Fortunately the handiwork of the pieces is good enough that with a dabble of superglue you are right back in business!

For my company, I've purchased over 20 of this model. The price is right for a full-functionality stool. The range of height makes it very versatile for many applications. The foot ring is a must. The casters are extremely smooth, so, on really smooth floors, the resistant-caster accessory kit might be necessary (approximately $30). I only wish HON offered this in a vinyl model. In an industrial atmosphere, they absorb dirt. HON is an excellent company to work with from a quality (warranty) standpoint. Just don't rip off any tags on the bottom of the chair.

We loved it. It is a real beauty. Love the color. Very well made. However, we should have bought 36 inch round table top though as the 30 inch round table top was a little too small to match 4 chairs. The table legs force the chairs to be placed slightly away from the table top. Hence, 36 inch round top would have otherwise been perfect for us. We still hoping to get a response from the seller on the exchange.
This is an update since I last left off. In order to get a refund on nook table, we were given options; either to courier back or donate to one of their appointed charity organization in Cymax's name. We did the donation and we got a full refund. All these done within couple of days with excellent email communication from Cymax. We are very very impressed with the service. As we are out of town, we definitely putting in our new order for the 36 inch equivalent nook table next week, to make sure we are home to catch the courier delivery. Cymax your service is first class; timely, courteous, responsive, professional, helpful. I would definitely buy from you again and also recommend friends to you.
